A meeting amongst the kages

A woman with a blue cloak would walk through the village and head for hokage's building she would walk up the stairs to his office door she would give a knock on the door and await for Katsu to tell her to enter.

"You may enter.." Katsu says. He looks. "May I ask? Why are you here Oruka?" Katsu asked. Katsu wondered why the Mizukage would come to Konoha. Who she have come to make a piece treament or something? Katsu thought. He waited for Oruka to relpy.

"I've come here to pose a possible treaty with you as you can see I come with no shinobi as a sign of peace."Oruka would sit in a char in front of the desk and await Katsu's response

"Oh really? A piece treaty you say?" Katsu wondered. He started to talk about the treay with Oruka. "So when will this "treaty" happen..?" Katsu asked. The Hokage was curious he doesn't feel like this was right. So he waited for Oruka to leave soon enough..

"It will take full effect in ten days no less?"Oruka would stand to her feet and take a bow,as she moved toward the door she would stop just before it and she would look at Katsu and say "why don't you show me around the village Katsu"she said with a smile on her face.

Katsu was becoming suspicious.. "Ok, I will show you around the village.." Katsu said calmy. He opened the door and he started to walk "Come this way I will show you a few of my shinobi warriors.." said Katsu. He took Oruka around the village and showed some of his ninja to her.

Oruka would jump up and down at Katsu answer "Yay.."Oruka would follow Katsu out the door and look at every shinobi shown to her."Thank you so much,Katsu-san,I look forward to our treaty meeting in ten days."She then walks out of the gates and back toward the land of water with a smile on her face.

"See you soon in ten days Oruka!" Katsu said. He turned back and started walking back to his private Hokage office. He could now have his peace in quite time. He sat in his chair looking at some random work sheets "Goodness being Hokage is hard but it's actually worth it." the Hokage said. He went to get lunch so he went to the Ichiruka Ramen Shop to get some noodles. Katsu ate and then paied the money, "There ya go worker." he said, while about to walk back to his office. He sat down in his office chairr and started to do some random work sheets.
