Kazekage's Council Meeting

Toshiro sat at the large table with his head leaning on one of his hands. He hated council meetings, and this one was the worst so far. "We need to attack Konoha before they attack us. I am pretty sure that they are planning someting. You know how those Konoha ninja are. Always plotting. You can't trust them anymore than you can trust a theif not to steal." "You are absolutely right Mienah. We must start an attack." Toshiro's temper was rising. "If we don't attack now, we will be over run." Toshiro could stand it no longer. He stood abruptly and banged his hand hard on the table, so hard it cracked the wood. Enough! Enough enough enough! No more talk of attacking Konoha! They are not planning anything! You idiots are just being paranoid. Last time they attacked us did you notice the behavior before the assault? Konoha shut themselves off from the outside world. Trading stopped. We heard no news of an attack or anything. They are still trading with other villages right now, so they are not plotting anything. Meeting adjourned! Get out now you incompitent louses!" Toshiro yelled as he stormed off towards his quarters. When he reached his office he sat down on the chair and sighed loudly. "Why must I be Kazekage with such idiots as advisors? Don't I get to choose my advisors? Oh well." He closed his eyes and drifted off.

Toshiro awoke as the sun was setting. He was still at his desk and the blinds were shut. He looked around his office and his eyes landed on a filing cabinet that was partially open. Toshiro was shocked into a sudden alertness. Someone had snuck into his office and stolen some documents. He rushed over to the cabinet and dragged it open. They were the folders of every ninja in Sunagakure. His eyes went along the row and found one folder that was slightly higher than the others. Either this was the one the theif looked at or it was behind the one he took.

Toshiro pulled it out and looked in it. It was a genin. She was a normal ninja with no outstanding features. He looked at the folder before it and that one was Kimona, Hiatai. The one in his hand was Kimona, Namine. So the stolen folder was a Kimona with the first name between an H and an N. There was only one. Kitsune Kimona. He was an outstanding ninja who aced all his classes in academy and had several succesful missions under his belt. What was more was that he seemed to have a unique ability to use B-ranked jutsu even though he was only a genin. The Kazekage had always kept a close eye on him in case there was anyone who was trying to find out how to get that ability themselves. He pulled on his coat and sword and left in a hurry, worry written all over his face.

As Toshiro rushed out of his office, no one stopped him. His advisors kept a particularly far distance away from him. He had no time to think about those things now, he needed to get to the Kimona's house right away. He reached the door to his building and opened it unapposed. He stepped out into the street and looked for the right street to go down. He sprinted towards the house he was after and stopped at a wall. Without hesitation he jumped over the wall and landed on the other side. Going even faster, he reached the house in time to see someone burst through the window with another person over his shoulder. Toshiro had no time to think, he made a few hand signs and made a C-ranked mud wall infront of the fleeing ninja, who ran right into it. The wall crumbled. Toshiro swore silently in his head and pursued.

After a few minutes of sprinting they reached a building and the other shinobi ducked inside. Toshiro slid to a stop. He made a few hand signs and formed an A-ranked earth clone. Him and his clone walked slowly towards the door and stepped inside.

The inside of the building was dark and dusty. Toshiro could hardly see anything. What he first noticed was the number of books in the room. The room was scattered with scrolls and books. There were at least a thousand books and scrolls in the room. Many lay on a desk in large piles. There were a couple sitting next to the pile and one of them had fresh ink on it. He looked at the sheet and was stunned.

It was a very well written paper about chakra reversal. Toshiro had heard of the process before. The user learns dark jutsu that were never meant to be learned and use them to switch their chakra with anothers. Usually the other person does not live through the process because they are drained of their chakra first. He couldn't believe that this person was going to go through with this. He heard a loud crashing from one of the back rooms and rushed towards the noise.

As he stepped into the room at the back of the house he drew his sword. There was a small bundle on the floor that was moving. A man was standing next to it and had a kunai drawn. He gnashed his teeth and growled "Get out of here or I'll skin you alive." Toshiro laughed. "You don't have the guts, or do you? let's find out. And how do you see a person's guts? By cutting them open." Toshiro lunged forward and the man tried to block. Toshiro feinted at the last second and the man was left open, which Toshiro took opportunity of by slicing the man clean in half.

"Nope, these are not those guts." he said as he stood over the man. He bent down to the bundle and... (interupted)

Toshiro woke up and stared at the ceiling. He had a weird dream. He wondered what it meant. He lay there in his bed for a few minutes thinking about it. *What was all that about? A genin with B-ranked jutsu? Strange.* He got up and looked around. He was in his room. He got up and walked to the window. He pulled the curtains aside and saw nothing but tan. *Sandstorm, not going out today I guess.* He pulled the curtains back and went to his closet to get dressed. After he pulled on his clothes, he walked over to the desk in his room. He usually sat there writing things late in the night. He sat down on the chair and looked at the paper sitting there. It was a letter to no one. He was writing it as a form of emotional relief. Another stupid idea of his advisors. He picked up the letter and crumpled it up. With a quick movement, the paper was in the trash.

He pulled out a fresh peice of paper. He decided to write a letter to someone he knew. He pulled a pen from his drawer and started writing. After he finished, he looked it over. He smiled as he picked up an envelope and placed it in. The envelope licked, he took it to the receptionist. "As soon as the sandstorm clears, can you send this? Thank you. I'll be in my office getting the next week's work out of the way if anyone needs me." and with that, he turned and walked over to the steps. After a quick jog up the stairs, he reached his office and opened the door. He sat on his chair and sighed as he relaxed. *Getting the next week's work done, ha! To funny.* he thought as he placed his feet on the desk and fell asleep again.
